I am blessed and so excited to take my healing ability to the next level. It’s go time! Coaching has an amazing way of pulling knowledge out of a person. A coach is a magician, and our magic is asking compelling questions, having an open mind, a sneaky awareness of the client’s path, and the ability to hold space for them to learn to soar. I absolutely love seeing a renewed twinkle in a client’s eye, hear them realize their strength, and remember that they sparkle, they matter, and they are exquisite. 

What Can You Accomplish with a Life Coach?

While therapy is about introspection, working with a life coach is about action. That is one of the aspects I love the most. Looking to the past is a powerful healing journey and it has its place. But with coaching you look to the future, and to me, that is where the potential, beauty, and emphasis is and should be. If you want to understand your present, look to your past. But if you want to understand your future, look to the steps you are taking today. The sky's the limit, and I vibrate with excitement when I think of all the people I will help break through their own limitations. We are almost always what holds us back. Take a moment to think about where you could be if you would only get out of your own way. Remove the restraints, open your mind and get ready to believe in not only yourself, but your goals and dreams. Together, we will make them a reality.
