TREATMENT MODALITIES As an individual and athlete, you are more complex than one type of treatment can possibly address.
At JADA, we select the best combination of therapies and treatments to create a personal plan for you at your appointment.
MAIN SERVICES
The two main services we offer are acupuncture and massage sessions. Once you book your main treatment, your JADA practitioner may add an additional service (below) as a part of your treatment, depending on your unique goals and needs.
Acupuncture: A practice of inserting fine needles through the skin at specific points to alleviate pain and treat various physical, mental, and emotional conditions.
Dry Needling: Also know as myofascial trigger point acupuncture. It is the practice of inserting fine needles through the skin into trigger points to help relieve pain and release muscular adhesions.
Used to relieve pain, stress and tension. The sessions can be specifically designed for each person's individual needs and be holistic or more specific.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Depending on your unique needs, your JADA practitioner may add the following services as a part of your acupuncture/dry needling treatment.
Needles are inserted on specific points along the body and then attached to a device that generates continuous electric pulses using small clips.
Harmonize and balance the body internally and externally through Ancient Chinese Formulas. The formulas are designed to correct imbalance, which aids in the bodies natural ability to heal and fight disease
