At JADA, we select the best combination of therapies and treatments to create a personal plan for you at your appointment.


MAIN SERVICES

The two main services we offer are acupuncture and massage sessions. Once you book your main treatment, your JADA practitioner may add an additional service (below) as a part of your treatment, depending on your unique goals and needs.

Acupuncture: A practice of inserting fine needles through the skin at specific points to alleviate pain and treat various physical, mental, and emotional conditions.

Dry Needling: Also know as myofascial trigger point acupuncture. It is the practice of inserting fine needles through the skin into trigger points to help relieve pain and release muscular adhesions.
